Returns

We hope you love everything you get from us, but we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! We always want you to be happy, so that's why we offer a flexible return policy!

  • To initiate a return, review the policy below and complete the Return Request using the link below. Please do not send back any items without completing the Return Request.
  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted based on the following timeline. Return Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and you must ship the return back to our warehouse within 15 days. 
  • Returns are eligible for your choice of store credit on our website or the mobile app. 
  • If we smell perfume, smoke, Febreze, can tell the item was worn, or see pet hair or any visible blemishes, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! The Onyx & Oak community is amazing!
  • The following items are FINAL SALE and not returnable: mystery items, grab bags, bralettes, personal hygiene items, food items, items marked as final sale, orders placed using a final sale discount code, items marked down 30% or more, and items ending in 95.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep your return tracking number for your own records.
