Do points expire?

Yes, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 6 months (180 days) or more.

Do rewards expire?

Yes, rewards expire 6 months (180 days) from the date they are issued.

How do I redeem my points?

Points are redeemed right here on our website. The codes that are created are automatically generated by our system and are only valid on our website. To redeem your points, click the Launch Loyalty Rewards link at the top of this page and log into your account. Once you log in, you can follow the directions to redeem points.

Are points earned from purchases placed with gift cards?

Points are only earned for every $1 spent, excluding discounts and gift cards.

Are points earned from purchases through the Onyx & Oak App?

Yes, points are earned on every dollar spent through the Onyx & Oak App, but you can only redeem rewards through the website.

Why are points from my App purchases not showing up in my account?

This can happen if you have a different email for App purchases than your main Onyx & Oak website account. The email addresses for both need to be the same.

What if I change my email address?

Changing your email will result in creating a new account on our website. Your previous account will have your past purchases and points. Feel free to contact us if you need us to transfer any points over from another email or account.

Can I use other discount codes with my loyalty rewards?

Discount codes cannot be combined when redeeming reward points.
