We are happy to return your item(s) for store credit within 30 days of receipt, based on tracking information. Bralettes, personal hygiene items, food items, mystery items, grab bags, items marked as final sale, or items marked down 30% or more are not eligible for return.
Place a new order for the item(s) and size(s) you need so we can get those shipped out to you right away! Certain sizes sell out quickly, so this is the best way to make sure you get what you need. We do not reserve or hold items for exchanges.
Once you place your new order, click the Exchange Request button below and fill out the form. You will need your new order number to complete the exchange request.
If an item arrives damaged or broken, let us know so we can make it right! Please send two photographs (different angles/sides) of the damage/defect within 3 days of order delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include “Damaged Item” in the subject line and include your name and order number in the email.
