Copy of Returns

We always want you to be completely happy when you shop with us! 

So if that's not the case, check out the info below on how to get a return going. If you need to reach us first, our email is clintandkate@shoponyxandoak.com. 

Requirements 

Clearance items, grab bag items, and items not ending .00 are typically final sale and not eligible for return. However, in some cases, your return may be eligible for store credit. Email us if you are wanting to return a final sale item. 

If you are wanting to return something from a Style Box, please email us first for instructions. Our email is clintandkate@shoponyxandoak.com

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them – free from any signs of wear, odors, cigarette smoke, deodorant stains, pet hair, and defects with all original tags attached – or the package will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged, please email us immediately (within 3 days of order receipt) at clintandkate@shoponyxandoak.com

Exchanges

Simply purchase the item you are wanting as a new order before it sells out! Send your unwanted item back to us for store credit or a refund (see below). 

Store Credit  

The returned item must be received or postmarked* within 30 days from the date your order was placed. You will receive an e-gift card once your return has been processed. The e-gift card will be sent to the email attached to your order. E-gift cards do not have an expiration date. 

* Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned in at the Post Office. Simply creating a label does not count. 

Refund 

The returned item must be received or postmarked* within 14 days from the date your order was placed to receive a full refund. Once we process your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card to process the refund.

Return Shipping 

Please include your name, order number, why you are returning the item, and whether you prefer store credit or a refund in the return package. It's best to print out your order confirmation email and include this info in the package to minimize any confusion. Please remember that receiving store credit or a refund is based on when return packages are received or postmarked. Ship returns to:

Please get a tracking number to track your return package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. You will need to contact the shipping provider directly for that. 

Returns Processing 

Returns are stamped and dated when they arrive to us. Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be processed. 

If a return is received without specifying a refund or store credit, store credit will be automatically issued. Please remember that receiving store credit or a refund is based on when return packages are received or postmarked.

Have lots of returns? 

If more than $800 in returns are made within a calendar year, a 20% restocking/shipping/handling fee will be deducted from each return moving forward. We do our best to help you decide on the size you need before ordering. Please reach out to us before ordering multiple sizes of one item so we can help you get the best fit.
